The pouring of Champagne generates a light foam accompanied by bright and fine bubbles. This Cuvée has a pink-orange color with deep salmon reflections in the glass, announcing a gourmet and nuanced wine.

The first nose is fruity, evoking notes of red fruits, acacia and jasmine. The aeration of Champagne reveals aromas of mango, pear, fine and peach.

The touch on the palate is fruity, luscious with a frank mineralization. The Champagne reveals in the final a certain vivacity and a length in the mouth brought by the Grapes of the Past.
